Technical support

Technical support fulfills the services agreed in the service level agreement. The telephone hotline available at fixed service times and the accessibility of the helpdesk in the Web around the clock are included. In addition, we offer hotline support at extended service times and 24*7 hours telephone standby duty. A stable and efficient remote maintenance of your EDM system forms the basis of technical support. You have the choice between varying service levels with different response times. The standard service contains the provision of bug fixes and patches. If you desire, we realize regular updates of applications.


Additionally, we offer manifold services that will be individually charged. Those comprise for instance the patching of Oracle basis software, technical advice, tuning, reorganization and migration in a new system environment.

Specialist support

The specialist support helps you concerning questions of operating our systems as well as the modeling and configuration of EDM processes with the help of Robotron’s Energy Market Suite.
